Hola! I know this is not the main subject matter of this blog, but since this blog on verbs in Spanish is intended to the very beginner, I've decided to post this excellent video by Professor Jason who gives us here a great lesson on Spanish Subject pronouns. See my summary after the video.
So, summing up here are the Spanish subject pronouns:
Yo
which means "I".
Tú
which means "You" (informal, singular)
Usted
which means "you" (formal, singular)
Él
which means "He"
Ella
which means "She"
Nosotros
which means "We"
Nosotras
which means "We" (referring to two women)
Vosotros
which means "You" (Used in Spain when referring to men, plural)
Vosotras
which means "You" (Used in Spain when referring to women, plural)
Ustedes
which means "You" (Used in Latin America when referring to women and men, plural)
Ellos
which means "they" (referring to a group of men, or mixed group, i.e. men and women together)
