2 - On one side of the card write the Spanish conjugation; On the other side, the equivalent in English.
3 - Everyday, twice a day for about a week, read one side of the card and try to remember what the translation on the other side is.
4 - The translation you get right, place it on the side; the ones you get wrong, place it in the back of the pile.
5 - Do it from Spanish to English first. Alternate, on the week of practice, between the two directions: Spanish to English, then English to Spanish.
From my experience, one can get absolute fluency in remembering the right conjugation instantly within a week of practice.
